We walk into the Fritz Brothers Guitar shop and it's unlike anything I've seen before. There are 100s of partially made, partially created and some outstandingly finished guitars, well, everywhere.

I first ask Roger, founder and owner and unique curator of sound (the guitars he make actually have a science of sound to them, the best sound a guitar can make!), "How do you keep it all straight?"

He smiles and replies, "I don't."

Well, that certainly seems like a recipe for peace if you ask me. Roger has traveled all over, hailing from California to Nashville, and finally settling down in our neck of the woods, Fairhope, AL, several decades ago.

His career spanned from several guitar houses, where he taught his specific alchemy (his science of sound) to the many he supervised.

Guitars he made were highly favored by several rock artist you may remember... such as...

George Harrison, of the Beatles, the Bangles, The Rolling Stones and MORE. He has also worked with loads of country music stars and helps our local musicians stay in tune, such as Grayson Capps, who has been known to work his guitar to the bone a few times.

• Guitar molds (his science of sound) for large corporations internationally

As you can imagine, he has quite the waitlist (which he is sort of keeping up with ;) )

Roger's studio also has a performance spot and a recording studio! They host several events here, such as bonfires for music and a guitar drop on NYE.
