Baldwin County Strawberry Festival

Baldwin County Strawberry Festival, Loxley Municipal Park, Loxley, AL
The Baldwin County Strawberry Festival is a much-anticipated local tradition held annually at Loxley Municipal Park. Over the years, it has grown from a few craft and food vendors to hosting over 180 arts and craft exhibitors, a dozen different food vendors, an exciting carnival, fun children's games, an antique auto show, exhibits, and live music. And, of course, strawberry shortcake is still king!

Kites Over Mobile

Kites Over Mobile, USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, Mobile, AL
Kites Over Mobile is back for another exciting year. The two-day festival at the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park includes live music, professional kite flying demonstrations, show kite displays, kites for sale on-site, face painting, and more family fun activities on Saturday. On Sunday, there will be easter egg hunts.

An Evening with Wilco

Saenger Theater, Mobile: For 30 years, Wilco has been a pioneering force in independent music. The Chicago rock band has released 13 studio albums and won multiple Grammy Awards. They have founded their own record label, Bpm Records, and the renowned Solid Sound festival. The sextet includes Jeff Tweedy, John Stirratt, Glenn Kotche, Pat Sansone, Nels Cline, and Mikael Jorgensen.

Pensacola Crawfish Festival
April 24 - 26
Pensacola Crawfish Festival, Seville Square, Pensacola, FL
The Pensacola Crawfish features thousands of pounds of boiled crawfish, fresh from Louisiana, brought to you by Pensacola locals, Cordova Crawfish Company. Cajun fare includes boudin, jambalaya, etouffee, fresh and fried seafood, gumbo, and much more! The festival kicks off at noon on Friday, April 24, and has live music throughout all three days as well as local arts and crafts vendors.

Flora-Bama Interstate Mullet Toss

Flora -Bama Interstate Mullet Toss, Flora-Bama Lounge, Perdido Key
The Interstate Mullet Toss is a well-known, annual event held the last full week of April and features contestants throwing a mullet across the FL/AL state line. Proceeds from the mullet toss event go to local youth charities. Thousands of onlookers show up to enjoy the festivities which include live music and other activities all weekend long. All ages are welcome until 6 pm, when it becomes 21 and up.
