Poking around the shops in Downtown Fairhope last week, hoping to get an idea or two for gift-giving, I couldn’t help but notice how decked out the streetscapes were. Every store had a creative holiday decoration. 

The famous flower planters along the sidewalks are full of Christmas ornamentation, and the streets at night with the trees in full adornment make it feel like a Winter Wonderland, sans the snow. (It’s the South, right?) 

Fairhope’s Christmas Spirit is on full display and will put you in the holiday mood. I thought it would be fun to spin around downtown on a beautiful Fall afternoon, taking photos, and immersing myself in this special place we call home. Enjoy!
